Late arrival on the day – No time extension
Each seating duration is 1h 30min from the booking start time
If customers are late on the day – the booking duration will not change, the customer will have to leave the table at the initial booking closing time. Even if a customer notify us that they are running late we can hold the table until they arrive but they must depart at their allocated booking end time.
Booking Cancellation
No Deposit will be refunded for cancellations made within 48h or no-shows on the day. Only Cancellations made before the 48h will get a deposit refund.

Booking Confirmation
A text message would be sent to you confirming the details and payment (Within 48 hrs)
Terms & Conditions:
The confirmation text message MUST be presented to the host on the day.
The table will be released if the patron is 10 minutes late and has not called to inform Organica.
Breakfast Menu will be available until 11am / Lunch & Dinner Menu only from 12pm onwards.
For any large group booking (10 or more) you will required to pre-order ahead to avoid any delay.
